Estos términos son las reglas para usar los juegos de Yoyoo Games ("nosotros"): Carretero de la Frontera (Border Caravan), Border Tower y los próximos que enlacen esta página. Al descargar o jugar aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses los juegos.

1. Quién puede jugar

Los juegos son para personas de 13 años o más. Si eres menor de edad en tu país, juega con el permiso de tu madre, padre o tutor.

2. Tu cuenta

Al abrir el juego se crea una cuenta anónima para guardar tu progreso. Si quieres, puedes vincularla con tu cuenta de Google.
Cuida tu cuenta de Google: si alguien entra con ella, puede usar tu partida.
Puedes pedir que borremos tu cuenta cuando quieras en games.yoyooinc.com/borrar-cuenta.

3. Licencia de uso

Te damos permiso personal, gratuito y no exclusivo para descargar los juegos y jugarlos en tus dispositivos, sin fines comerciales. Los juegos, su arte, música, textos y código son de Yoyoo Games o de sus licenciantes. No puedes copiarlos, venderlos, modificarlos ni distribuirlos, salvo lo que la ley permita.

4. Oro, cartas y otros objetos del juego

El oro, las gemas, las cartas, las mejoras y los demás objetos del juego no son dinero, no tienen valor fuera del juego y no se pueden cambiar por dinero ni vender. Los juegos no tienen compras con dinero real. Podemos ajustar los precios, premios y el equilibrio del juego para mejorarlo.

5. Anuncios

Los juegos tienen anuncios con recompensa que solo ves si tocas el botón para verlos. Los sirve Google AdMob. El premio se entrega cuando el anuncio termina; si el anuncio no carga o lo cierras antes, puede que no recibas el premio.

6. Reglas de conducta

No está permitido:

hacer trampas, usar programas que modifiquen el juego o aprovechar errores para sacar ventaja;
intentar entrar a cuentas o datos de otras personas, o atacar nuestros servidores;
usar nombres de personaje ofensivos, discriminatorios o que suplanten a otra persona (tus amigos pueden verlos);
crear cuentas en masa para abusar de los códigos de invitación o de los premios.

Si no se cumplen estas reglas, podemos quitar premios, cambiar un nombre o cerrar la cuenta.

7. Cambios y fin del servicio

Podemos actualizar, cambiar o quitar funciones de los juegos. Si algún día dejamos de ofrecer un juego, intentaremos avisar con tiempo en el juego.

8. Garantía y responsabilidad

Los juegos se ofrecen gratis y "tal como están". Hacemos lo posible para que funcionen bien y para guardar tu progreso, pero no garantizamos que no tengan errores ni que estén siempre disponibles. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no somos responsables por la pérdida de progreso o de objetos del juego ni por daños indirectos. Nada de esto limita los derechos que la ley de tu país te da como consumidor.

9. Privacidad

Cómo usamos tus datos está en la política de privacidad.

10. Google Play

Si descargaste el juego desde Google Play, también se aplican las condiciones de Google Play. Google no es responsable de los juegos ni del soporte.

11. Cambios en estos términos

Si cambiamos estos términos, actualizamos la fecha de arriba y, si el cambio es importante, lo avisamos en el juego. Si sigues jugando después del cambio, aceptas los nuevos términos.

These terms are the rules for using the games by Yoyoo Games ("we"): Border Caravan (Carretero de la Frontera), Border Tower and future games that link to this page. By downloading or playing you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the games.

1. Who can play

The games are for people 13 or older. If you are a minor in your country, play with your parent's or guardian's permission.

2. Your account

When you open the game, an anonymous account is created to save your progress. If you want, you can link it to your Google account.
Keep your Google account safe: anyone who signs in with it can use your game.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time at games.yoyooinc.com/borrar-cuenta.

3. License

We give you a personal, free, non-exclusive permission to download the games and play them on your devices, for non-commercial purposes. The games, their art, music, text and code belong to Yoyoo Games or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, modify or distribute them, except as the law allows.

4. Gold, cards and other in-game items

Gold, gems, cards, upgrades and other in-game items are not money, have no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for money or sold. The games have no real-money purchases. We may adjust prices, rewards and game balance to improve the game.

5. Ads

The games have rewarded ads that you only see if you tap the button to watch them. They are served by Google AdMob. The reward is given when the ad finishes; if the ad doesn't load or you close it early, you may not get the reward.

6. Rules of conduct

You may not:

cheat, use programs that modify the game or exploit bugs to get an advantage;
try to access other people's accounts or data, or attack our servers;
use character names that are offensive, discriminatory or impersonate someone else (your friends can see them);
create accounts in bulk to abuse invite codes or rewards.

If these rules are broken, we may remove rewards, change a name or close the account.

7. Changes and end of service

We may update, change or remove features of the games. If we ever stop offering a game, we will try to give notice in the game ahead of time.

8. Warranty and liability

The games are offered for free and "as is". We do our best to make them work well and to save your progress, but we don't guarantee they are error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress or in-game items, or for indirect damages. Nothing here limits the rights your country's law gives you as a consumer.

9. Privacy

How we use your data is explained in the privacy policy.

10. Google Play

If you downloaded the game from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply. Google is not responsible for the games or their support.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the date above and, if the change is important, we let you know in the game. If you keep playing after the change, you accept the new terms.
